Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Skybod Cleaning Services, a trading name of Skybod Healthcare Ltd, located at Rosemary Crescent, Wolverhampton WV4 5BS, United Kingdom. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a booking or engaging with our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Services
Skybod Cleaning Services provides professional domestic cleaning and related services to clients across Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas. Our services may include regular house cleaning, spring cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and other specialist cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking. We aim to deliver high-quality cleaning in accordance with your booking details, ensuring each property is cleaned to a professional standard.
Bookings and Scheduling
All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or via email at hello@skybodcleaning.co.uk. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive confirmation details outlining the service, time, and cost. It is your responsibility to ensure all booking information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including staff availability or operational limitations, but will communicate any changes promptly.
Access to Property
Clients are required to ensure that our cleaning team has safe and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed time. If our team cannot gain access due to locked doors, incorrect details, or a lack of entry instructions, the service may be cancelled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled cleaning time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation charge. Skybod Cleaning Services also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen operational issues, in which case alternative arrangements will be offered.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are provided in GBP (£) and will be confirmed before the service begins. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be subject to adjustment if the actual scope of work differs from the original description. Payment must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer and online payment options. Invoices may be issued for regular clients or commercial agreements, and payment terms will be clearly stated.
Customer Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate information regarding the property and cleaning requirements. Valuables and fragile items should be safely stored before the cleaning visit. Our cleaners will exercise care and attention, but Skybod Cleaning Services will not be responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items left unsecured.
Insurance and Liability
Skybod Cleaning Services operates under full insurance coverage, including £5M Public Liability, £10M Employers’ Liability, and £5M Professional Indemnity cover. While we take every precaution to deliver services safely and professionally, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value covered under our insurance policy. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses, loss of income, or missed opportunities resulting from service delays or disruptions.
Satisfaction and Complaints
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can address and rectify the issue promptly. Complaints made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a review or re-clean.
Health and Safety
Our cleaning professionals are trained to follow strict health and safety standards in line with our healthcare-level hygiene practices. Clients are expected to provide a safe working environment, including adequate lighting, ventilation, and access to water and electricity. If our cleaners encounter hazardous conditions, they reserve the right to withdraw from the premises, and the booking may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Confidentiality and Privacy
All client information and access details are handled in strict confidence. Skybod Cleaning Services complies fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Force Majeure
Skybod Cleaning Services will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate ongoing cleaning arrangements with at least seven (7) days’ written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches these Terms and Conditions, fails to make payment, or engages in conduct that endangers our staff.
Amendments
Skybod Cleaning Services reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, or business policies. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
